THIS WAS NOT NEW
I received my Mezuzah the outside box was ripped and taped. The introductory card had been folded in half and then straightened out. The satin that lines the box was a mess. The tread that attaches the companies metal tag was cut off and the thread and the metal tag where just laying in the box. The worst is that there are no screws to screw it into my door frame and one of the screws that holds the parchment is either broke off inside or missing also. This is not a new product!

Came beautifully presented and would have made a great gift. I nailed it up and within a day I noticed the little crystal in the center of the Star of David had fallen out. Bummer.
